1. Data subject and Operator
I, a user of the SCI-SPACE platform, give the operator SCI-SPACE (hereinafter — the Operator) consent to receive informational and promotional messages in the manner provided by Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising".
2. What messages I allow to be sent
- platform news and service updates;
- announcements of events, conferences and competitions;
- selections of publications, materials and recommendations;
- information about paid services, promotions and special offers;
- surveys and invitations to participate in platform research.
3. Channels and data
Messages are sent to the email address I specified. For this purpose, the Operator processes my email, name (if provided), and information about the fact of consent and unsubscription. Processing is carried out under the terms of the Consent to Personal Data Processing(opens in a new tab) and the Privacy Policy(opens in a new tab).
The Operator may engage an email newsletter service provider, which processes the data on behalf of the Operator and is obliged to ensure confidentiality.
4. Term and withdrawal of consent
The consent is valid until withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent at any time:
- using the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional or informational email;
- by sending an email to info@sci-space.ru with the subject "Unsubscribe".
After withdrawal, the Operator stops sending messages within no more than 10 business days required to process the request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the receipt of service messages related to the operation of the account, security and participation in events.
5. Confirmations
- I understand that consent is voluntary and optional;
- I have read the scope of messages, the channels and the procedure for withdrawing consent;
- I confirm that the specified email belongs to me or that I have the right to receive messages at it;
- I am at least 14 years old.
